Thirty.
They say you wake up with back pain the morning you turn 30, well, I hurt my knee instead.
Still, I’m healthy, I’m happy, and I am deeply, truly loved. I feel that love every day, and I carry it with me everywhere I go.
Now I want to share it, wider, deeper, fuller. Love that ripples.
Gratitude
I’m endlessly thankful for the people in my life and for the love I receive.
Gratitude isn’t just something I name; it’s something I pack with me on every run, every boat ride, every new adventure.
Choosing Less
I once craved a calendar so packed it looked like a game of Tetris.
Now I know it’s time to trim the bushes so the tree can grow.
I want fewer commitments—each of them richer, healthier, and more alive.
Craving More
I still want “more,” but I’m learning to sharpen the lens.
More meaning, more intention, more depth—that kind of “more” calls for saying no to noise so I can say yes to what matters.
Faith and Hope
At 30, I’m content, faithful, and hopeful.
I believe in what’s to come, and I believe in myself.
Above all, I love—and I plan to keep loving, bigger every year.
